Engineer Mike has been in the engineering profession for more than 30 years, working in the building industry, specifically the civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering disciplines.  With his experience and knowledge, he has created this website as a resource to inform non-technical people about construction to help them identify the damage that can happen to a residential structure and the site infrastructure around it, whether or not it is due to construction defects.
